Nipon Petites Vintage Blue Knee-length Dress

Vintage dress that comes with a removable matching belt to cinch the waist. This dress is very flattering - cut and constructed carefully to enhance your figure. It has thin shoulder pads that can be easily removed. Additional features include a back zipper for easy wear, a center low back slit to allow range in movement, pleat detailing, short sleeves, and gold toned circle buttons with matching fabric.
